How has music changed your life?

So, this also being a music blog. I figured I'd start putting up some songs. The songs I'm going to post is songs that have impacted my life. 

First one is one of my favorite songs of ALL TIME. This is the first song that comes to my mind when I think of ones that have changed my life and/or have an impact. It's like she reached in my soul and wrote down what she found. The part of me only a very very few get to see. It brings tears to my eyes every time.

MAC cosmetics Marilyn Monroe Collection

Alright you Marilyn Monroe fans, MAC has made a Marilyn Monroe collection due in October! I love the photoshoot, but wish the packaging looked more sleek and less like they stuck a sticker on the packaging. It's a lot like the Veminous Villains collection packaging from a few years ago. Since It's special packaging the prices are a $1 more than usual.

I'm not too sure what I'm getting from this. Swatches always determine that for me. I think I'll want Love Goddess Lipstick, maybe a couple of the shadows (I love the VP formula!) and the Beauty Powder.  I have been very very choosey on what I get these days as funds are very tight. So I havent been getting much.

Sephora Brand Instant Polish Remover

As I said about my computer before, it overheats after like 15 min online. So I havent been able to post. BUT I figured I'd at least get one post a day on here. It may be something short and not important lol but at least its something! :)

So for todays I bring you a new staple of mine. I bring you Sephora Brand Instant Polish Remover. This stuff really is magic! Just stick you finger in the pre-moistened pleated foam for a few seconds, depending on what kind of polish, it sometimes takes a little longer. No need for cotton balls. With some of the more stubborn polishes you have to rub your fingers in there a little bit, but nothing rough. This even takes off glitter polish. Which we all know is a pain in the butt to remove. It has a pleasant smell and doesnt give your fingers that bitter taste like other removers. I get bored with polishes pretty quick so this allows me to change it more often. LOVE this product! You can get it at your local Sephora or Sephora online for $9.50

MAC's Heavanly Creature

Here's my haul of MAC's big mineralize collection they have every year! It is HUGE. It comes in three parts... Colour, eyes, and skincare. I started off only wanting 3 lippies but ended up with 9 things lol Everything is gorgeous! I love the swirls. This month is my Birthday so this is my present to myself :)

This is very pigmented so all you pale beauties use a light hand. It's a beautiful pink with gold sparkles 

Light Year MSF

I love this! I'm glad it has limited sparkles cause I can ue it for a blush. It reminds me A LOT of my fav msf By Candlelight

This is an awesome almost bronzey pink gold color

Neo Nebula MES

This is my FAV! It's a gorg pink with slight purple sheen

This is such a beautiful blue! It does stain your lids. It's very pigmentted

Fire Sign is a beautiful pinky red. Venus is my fav lippy of this collection. It gives your lips a beautiful pink sheen. And Cut A Caper. On me its a pinker Ever Hip. These are all lustre finishes

Here I am again apoligizing for not posting in a while. Sorry about that! I guess me turning 30 this year has got me thrown for a loop. But I've come out of my never ending journey in this crazy thing called life to get back to the simple things that make me happy. Part of that is makeup and fashion! Small Sephora Haul

I went to go get some tops for work at JC Penny. And of course I had to go into Sephora thats inside. I just picked up a few things....

• On the left: Korres 3 in 1 cleanser. I have really dry skin so the MA suggested this face wash.
• NARS nailpolish in Diamond Life. I've never purchased NARS but have heard great things. I'm a sucker for metallic purples! I think it's pretty dupable. But the formula is top notch so I think its worth it. Plus it has a full 0.5 ounces, which is more then your average polish.
• NARS Larger Than Life eye liner in Rue De Rivoli. It's a beautiful forrest green. It's very smooth and pigmented.
• Sephora brand clear mascara. I use it to set my brows
• Sephora brand Purple eyepencil sharpener. Its designed to put in your makeup bag without spilling.

I NEED this gloss! It reminds me of the amazing dare to wear lippies that MAC released last year. I sure hope they come back cause they are my FAV lip products and I only snagged 2 of them. I think I'll be purchasing this one and the light pink one thats also being released with this. I want a couple more but just dont have the funds.

When I order from Macys online they always put paper samples of purfumes in my box. Over the years I've tried many, this one for some reason is special. I dont know what it is about it exactly. It has such a feminine, sexy, goddess like smell. At first sniff I dug it. As the day went on I kept getting a whiff of an intoxicating scent. I figured out it was the sample sitting on the side table. It's the second day and its still lingering. At first sniff its pretty in your face (in a good way, its just strong), but the dry down makes this fragrance so wearable. The name totally fits this scent. It's like nothing I've ever smelled before...It's out of this world! haha. And get this, It's refillable!! Of course it costs money but costs less then buying a whole other bottle. I am absolutely in love with the bottle as well! And it being purple is the icing on the cake. I can wait to finish my coach poppy purfume (which is saying a lot cause its one of my favs) so I can snatch this one up! I hope that the actual purfume is as good as I'm hoping it is. But if it has this kind of effect just by a paper sample, I think this will be one I'll wear for years to come.
